Associated Investments Holding Ltd. (AIH) is a Liberia based
company. Its objective is to create shareholder value by making
selective investments in companies in its chosen sectors which
could benefit from the application of entrepreneurial management,
restructuring expertise and/or its financial recourses to
turn them around.
We have an open-minded and flexible approach to new investment
opportunities, primarily in the industries where we have experience,
mainly shipping, the offshore oil & gas industry and the
financial sector.
We encourage our portfolio companies to focus on long-term
growth rather than on short-term results. We take an aggressive
approach to cost efficiency and seek to build flexible and
efficient management structures. We have a strong history
of active participation in the consolidation and restructuring
of the different industries in which we are involved, such
as the shipping , offshore oil & gas industries and the
financial sector.
