Management
Associated Investments Holdings Ltd. follows a management
philosophy where most of the subsidiaries of the Group are
managed both financially and operationally as stand-alone
entities with limited Group-wide interaction.
The Group’s two largest subsidiaries Associated Investor Inc. in Panama and Cornupia Capital Ltd. in Marshall
Islands are both managed on an autonomous basis where AIH
exercises its ownership influence mainly through representation
on the Board of Directors.
